You retain all rights and ownership to the game logic, models, and data you operate on our platform. Plaicorp retains all intellectual property rights to the underlying execution engines, performance tools, and simulation architectures.

Our technologies are provided strictly "as is." While we engineer our systems for high performance and reliability, Plaicorp shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our infrastructure.
